      Stress, anxiety and overthinking things are something that everyone goes through at some point in their life – including scientists!. While these could be symptoms of mental health issues they are usually just a normal part of life that can be caused by things at work or school, our relationships with other people or even just a lack of sleep or exercise.

      While it is appealing to be able to make ourselves feel better by just taking a little pill, in cases where the problem isn’t caused by deeper mental health issues, this would only treat the symptoms and the cause of our stress would still be there. It is better to try and resolve the issue causing stress by figuring out what it is and by talking to people about it, exercise can also help you feel better and clear your mind.
