      It depends on how big you are but an average sized male would have approximately 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 atoms.
      This would roughly be split as:
      4,700,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 hydrogen atoms
      1,800,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 oxygen atoms
      700,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 carbon atoms
