• Question: I have read your profile and saw that if/when you win the money you would buy a 3D printer to make protein structures, how would people benifit out of the protein structures?

Sometimes it is hard to appreciate and understand the shape and complexity of a 3D molecule when you can only see it on a 2D screen. Using things like models or 3D projectors we can get a better idea of the shapes and features of these molecules. Having a 3D printer we could make models of the structures to show people what the proteins look like and how they interact with other proteins or small-molecules.
