      I really like 1984 by George Orwell, it is a classic. It is where the idea for Big Brother came from but I won’t blame George Orwell for the TV show.

      This is a difficult question as it depends on my mood. I sometimes like page turning thrillers by authors like James Patterson. But for a book driven by characters and imagination, I’d have to go with the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I read the books when I was at school and then decided to re-read them when the films came out and I thoroughly enjoyed them! Better than the films too although the films are good in their own right!

      The Origin of the Species….we should all read Darwin’s amazing work on his endless forms most beautiful that populate our planet.
