• Question: What's your favourite hobby that DOESN'T include science?

      I have so many hobbies it’s difficult to choose. I spend loads of time doing things with Girlguiding, but that’s quite hard work and a lot of organising so it’s probably not my favourite!
      I like making things – knitting, sewing and crocheting. I crochet cartoon characters for people who ask nicely – we have a whole set of angry birds in our office that we like to throw at each other!

      My favourite hobby has to be going walking in the countryside. There is something about being in the middle of nowhere which takes your mind off of the daily rushing around! Obviously that is weather dependent and so if its an indoor activity, I like doing cross-stitch.

      Music! I love going to see my favourite bands and I play the guitar and ukulele.

      Photography is a huge hobby of mine and I often take time (when exploring the world) to take pictures. I post them on my Dinosaur CSI blog.
