      Definitely family. Work plays a big part in your life so it helps if you enjoy your time there but there is more to life than work.

      Family of course. You can get a new job, but not a new family. It is important to have a good balance between work and family, sometimes us scientists are not very good at that.

      Family all the way! I really try very hard not to let my work rule my life. I live away from my family at the moment and it’s quite easy to get carried away with experiments and stay really late when you don’t have somebody expecting you at home!
