• Question: Will we ever be able to land on mars?

      Yes we will be able to land on Mars – the only question is whether any countries will want to pay for it to happen – its very expensive to do space travel.

      Sure. We have already sent landers and rovers to Mars. The trip is a bit long for people to make but it is likely to happen in the future. There is already a website talking about launching a mission to establish a settlement on Mars in 2018 (http://www.mars-one.com/) I dunno if it will happen that soon though!

      Oh definitely. I think they’re currently looking for a volunteer married middle aged couple to go. They think that, having been married for so long, they’d be able to deal with the really long trip getting there without arguing too much.
      I don’t know how many middle aged married couples they’ve met…..
